Entera is looking for a Systems Analyst to join our growing Product team. The primary function of this role is to work with our Engineering and Product teams to assist with our technical product development, designing new features, developing data visualizations and providing data analysis to the company. You will be responsible for becoming an expert in our data services and working in all parts of our technical product - writing product and functional requirements, testing our applications and providing feedback to management and our technologists. In this high visibility role, you will be expected to tackle complex assignments and manage priorities, playing a role as a key team member in our rapid growth company.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience with transforming business requirements into technical specification for data designs and solutions, as well as performing product testing and feature releases.
  • 1+ year of experience in managing a project to completion (from start to finish) successfully.
  • Preferred technical background with an ability to run data explorations (data visualization tools, SQL, Python skills).
  • Preferred experience in Quality Assurance or working as part of a Quality Assurance team.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
  • AnalytIcal problem solver with the ability to understand and diagnose issues in a timely manner.
  • Self-starter who can master new tasks and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Team player with demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals.
  • Experience with real estate data analytics is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Develop and execute high level data strategies to create data-driven analytical outcomes

  • Gather, clarify, and prune data requirements for reports, visualizations, and application features
  • Translate business requirements for data requests to functional and technical specifications for implementation by Data Team members
  • Plan and manage project schedules across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate new third party datasets and communicate with vendors on data delivery logistics, support requests, and other external data usage considerations
  • Prioritize competing data requests based on business impact and provide guidance to the Data Team on how to best utilize resources

Who You Are:

  • 3-4+ years professional experience in a data analytical role - including business analyst, product manager, data analyst, or data scientist
  • High level of data literacy
  • Experience with data analysis and processing using SQL
  • Experience designing and building data visualizations
  • Understanding of technical tradeoffs in product development
  • Knowledge of UI and UX best practices as it pertains to data visualizations
  • Knowledge of business process management and automation
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

About the Role:

Entera is looking for a dynamic VP of Sales  who will be responsible for building and optimizing Entera’s sales engine while driving revenue growth.   • Lead the development and execution of Entera’s high volume, B2B sales strategy across all target segments

  • Own revenue targets - set, measure, and achieve goals for and with the team

  • Identify, leverage, and expand business opportunities with existing clients

  • Monitor the market and provide detailed sales forecasting
  • Review client activity, anticipate client needs, and improve overall satisfaction
  • Create and deliver sales reports. Work cross functionally to provide feedback to the support/leadership teams

You Should Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales; 5+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record in high volume Transactions, Data and Enterprise SaaS sales, with the ability to go down-market
  • A budding and/or sophisticated passion for real estate with a background in PropTech, FinTech, Mortgage Tech, or Insurance Tech
  • Demonstrated success building a scalable sales team in a high-growth environment and leading them to measurable results
  • A roll up your sleeves mentality while remaining strategic and thoughtful about where we’re headed and how we’re going to get there
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence within and outside areas of control
  • Data-savviness: You know what to track and why and how to use that data to tell a compelling story.
  • Self directedness: Consistently assess, strategize, and make decisions about what needs to be done  
  • Experience creating an enabling environment for individual contributors and managers to do their best work.

*For those applicants in the NYC area, the salary range for this role is $192,000 to $270,000 plus variable and equity. The salary offered will be based on experience, role, and location.

Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:

The Strategic Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with key customers.  Assigned to a group of key named accounts, our ideal candidate will have worked in a commercial or account management role servicing enterprises in the following sectors: single family residential operations, residential real estate fund management, property technology,  financial technology, large real estate portfolio or disposition management, or multifamily/commercial real estate portfolio property management. The clients will be US based and some travel will be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own overall relationship with your portfolio of customers; identify and partner with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment between their business and priorities and Entera’s  
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Entera solutions and the markets in which we operate. Provide consultative guidance on Entera and industry best practices as customers build and scale their operations
  • Lead key partnership initiatives including quarterly business reviews, ongoing checkpoints, and escalations as needed
  • Build fundamental account plans, operational strategy and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain timely and accurate transaction forecasts to drive revenue predictability
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and expand Entera’s revenue
  • Capture clients on-going requirements to meet changing business needs and drive continuous customer success and value attainment
  • Work closely with internal Entera teams such as Legal, Sales Operations, Customer Success and the Implementation teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good listener
  • Good attention to detail and a desire to see a task through to completion
  • Champion the voice of the customer and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights

You Should Have:

  • 10+ years in an enterprise commercial, strategic client success, account management role
  • Experience interacting with and building relationships with C-Level stakeholders within Named Accounts
  • Strong track record and history of carrying and exceeding targets
  • Account planning and execution skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate clear and concise value statements
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
  • BA/BS Degree
